Junior High Volleyball

The Interstate Middle School Volleyball Team finished up the season with a flurry. Both 7th and 8th grade teams finished up with a toad trip to Central Decatur.
The number of players this year (41 total) made it a demand to split both grades up into two tea ms. Each grade was represented with a Red and Blue team. After splitting the schedule evenly there were less games for each player, but their playing time was increased.
Home games included playing against Winterset, Mt. Ayr, D.M. Christian and S.E. Warren.
Away games included playing against Gradview Park, Winterset, Martensdale, Nodaway Valley and Central Decatur.
The last memory is always the strongest and theirs have been boosted by a 3 vs. 2 advantage for the Seventh Grade. The girls worked hard and finished strong and their record shows it.
